Seed tomorrow with wise reflection today

Yesterday, I celebrated my birthday. After a few days in New Orleans with our treasured friends Francis and Cookie Bologna, I sat in silence and solitude in the hotel room with honest, raw reflections of past decades feeling blessed, humbled and challenged by each and every year. Then, ruminating into the near future, I continued with my annual ritual of contemplating Joseph Campbell’s words:

Life is not about finding yourself. Life is creating about yourself.

So, in my 67^th year, I’m back to breathing in peace, breathing out joy and attempting to design an intentional life worth living that requires small, daily steps that lead me in that direction.
